Who am I?
My name is Nina Dapper, 27 years old and I graduated as a Health and Life Scientist and Lifestyle Coach. My focus as a lifestyle coach is specifically aimed at (young) adult women and girls, because I can identify best with them and hope to be a role model. In addition to completing my studies, I have been working as an International High Fashion Model for nine years. I model for magazines like Vogue, Elle, Numéro, Grazia and L’Officiel and work with brands like Armani, Jean Paul Gaultier, Moncler, Vivienne Westwood, Ralph Lauren and many more.
I knew at a fairly young age that I wanted to do something with health. That is why the choice to study Health and Life Sciences at the University in Amsterdam was not unexpected. During my first year of study I also decided to give modeling a chance. It was sometimes quite a challenge to organize my time and also to continue to take good care of myself. Fortunately, I managed to create a healthy balance, which allowed me to keep all the balls high. I learned how to stay in good shape, not experience much stress and how to feel happy and fit while traveling, combining work and study and maintaining my social life. Many women have a busy life, but also want to feel great in their own body. In the meantime, I was often asked how I can keep up with my lifestyle and if I could share some tips. That is why I decided to follow a master’s degree in Lifestyle Coach and to apply my experience and scientific knowledge in my personal lifestyle coaching. I have been working as a lifestyle coach for several years now, and I am happy to say I love it so much. There is nothing better than being able to help others towards a healthier and happier life. And that’s what I want to give you. No crash diet, but a healthy and happy lifestyle that you can enjoy for a lifetime!
