As a lifestyle coach, I coach women who struggle with finding a healthy balanced lifestyle towards a healthy body and mindset. It’s so much more than just eating healthy and working out. Also stress, sleep and relaxation are very important to find a great routine. In addition, many women struggle with their body image, confidence and relationship with food and exercise and have a hard time to find the right mindset or motivation to change some habits. I’ll take your hand and we will work one-on-one towards a great routine to reach your goals during my personal online lifestyle coaching.

I am going to teach you during the coaching how your schedule and routine would ideally look like. I will not prepare a strict mealplan that will tell you what you should eat every day exactly, since I believe that it is important to learn how to make the right decisions, in every situation (go out for dinner, spend time with friends, holiday, work etc.). Although I do give you recipes for every breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can experiment with them.
I’ve coached multiple women with an eating disorder or with a history with an eating disorder. The Lifestyle & Mindset Focus package will be ideally for you, because, besides a great lifestyle, we will also focus on your relationship with food and working out and on your self esteem. I will take your hand and walk you step by step towards a healthy routine and lifestyle. I always recommend to also talk with a psychologist to find out where your eating disorder might come from and to work on a more psychological aspect on it. My coaching is great to learn how to find back a balance and to change your mindset and thoughts.
There is no minimal age for my coaching, although I want permission from your parents if you are under 18.
The Lifestyle Package is perfect for you if you finally want to reach your goals, but have a hard time where to start and what to do in order to reach your goals. The Lifestyle & Mindset package would be the perfect fit if you want more focus and attention and if you besides a great routine, also want to work on a healthy mindset, confidence and self-love. The Lifestyle & Mindset Focus package is for you if you really want to take the most out of the three months on every aspect and want to have a weekly videocall.
