As a lifestyle coach, I coach women who struggle with finding a healthy balanced lifestyle towards a healthy body and mindset. It’s so much more than just eating healthy and working out. Also stress, sleep and relaxation are very important to find a great routine. In addition, many women struggle with their body image, confidence and relationship with food and exercise and have a hard time to find the right mindset or motivation to change some habits. I’ll take your hand and we will work one-on-one towards a great routine to reach your goals during my personal online lifestyle coaching.

Yes, I graduated as health- and life scientist and lifestyle coach and also have got my certificate for women hormones. Click here to read more about me.

I am going to teach you during the coaching how your schedule and routine would ideally look like. I will not prepare a strict mealplan that will tell you what you should eat every day exactly, since I believe that it is important to learn how to make the right decisions, in every situation (go out for dinner, spend time with friends, holiday, work etc.). Although I do give you recipes for every breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can experiment with them. 

I’ve coached multiple women with an eating disorder or with a history with an eating disorder. The Lifestyle & Mindset Focus package will be ideally for you, because, besides a great lifestyle, we will also focus on your relationship with food and working out and on your self esteem. I will take your hand and walk you step by step towards a healthy routine and lifestyle. I always recommend to also talk with a psychologist to find out where your eating disorder might come from and to work on a more psychological aspect on it. My coaching is great to learn how to find back a balance and to change your mindset and thoughts. 

There is no minimal age for my coaching, although I want permission from your parents if you are under 18.

The Lifestyle Package is perfect for you if you finally want to reach your goals, but have a hard time where to start and what to do in order to reach your goals. The Lifestyle & Mindset package would be the perfect fit if you want more focus and attention and if you besides a great routine, also want to work on a healthy mindset, confidence and self-love. The Lifestyle & Mindset Focus package is for you if you really want to take the most out of the three months on every aspect and want to have a weekly videocall. Personal lifestyle coaching with Nina was one of the best decisions I made. Fisrt of all she is the sweetest human being that genuinely wants to change your perspective/ habits for long term and genuinely cares about you , she personolise your workouts , gives you the most detailed feedback on your current lifestyle that you can go trough anytime, and can talk to her about anything, anytime . Naast dat Nina een super lief en aardig persoon is, heeft zij mij ook ontzettend geholpen! Ik maak me nu niet constant meer zorgen over mijn voeding, sport en vrije tijd. Nina dapper was mijn coach de afgelopen 3 maanden. Ik begon net met full time modellenwerk dus dat was wel wennen. Vanaf het eerste gesprek had ik meteen al een goed gevoel en konden we het goed vinden. Ze is erg enthousiast maar ook erg begripvol, ze luistert goed naar hoe je je voelt en komt dan met oplossingen en feiten. Wat ik persoonlijk erg fijn vindt dan alle andere vage adviezen. Eigenlijk heel logisch maar waardoor ik allemaal regels in m’n hoofd had kon ik niet goed verder. Hoewel ik veel geleerd heb, heb ik langer nodig dan 3 maanden om echt de groei door te maken, het kan natuurlijk met ups and downs gaan. Ik wil deze groei zeker afmaken bij nina dapper. Nina heeft niet alleen geholpen op het gebied van eten en bewegen maar ook op het mentale gebied en dan in het speciaal in modellenwerk, zij heeft daar ervaring mee en daarom is dat heel fijn om over te praten, ze begrijpt het echt. Ik vind nina erg meelevend en ook betrouwbaar, heb er ook meer aan gehad dan alle andere hulpverleners bij elkaar, dus dat vind ik toch wel erg bijzonder. Dit is wel echt een stap op weg naar langer termijn fijn in m’n vel voelen en daar ga ik voor samen met nina.

What can i say. Nina's coaching totally blew my mind! I started her coaching with the intention to lose weight and keep it off and ended the 3 months with a completely new mindset and a total shift of my priorities. Nina was an amazing coach and friend. She helped me a lot and gave me great advice so I can improve myself and get to where I wanted, which was at a balance where I don't feel guilty about what I eat and still free to eat unhealthy food occasionally.
