Terms and conditions
Article 1 Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all oral and written agreements of or with and all related acts, both preparatory and executive in nature.
Article 2 Company description
Nina Dapper Professional Lifestyle Coach focuses on coaching and workshops within the field of lifestyle, in the broadest sense. Nina Dapper Professional Lifestyle Coach1 is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number: 65027698.
Article 3: Rate setting
Before the first skype interview, Nina Dapper Professional Lifestyle Coach informs you in writing or orally about the rates that apply. These rates include VAT or other statutory taxes if and insofar as they should be calculated. Nina Dapper is entitled to implement price increases if and insofar as unforeseen price-increasing circumstances occur after the conclusion of the agreement. Nina Dapper always keeps the client informed of price increases in advance.
Article 4: Payment
Invoices from Nina Dapper Professional Lifestyle Coach must be paid by the client within fourteen days of the invoice date in the manner prescribed by Nina Dapper Professional Lifestyle Coach, unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless the invoice states otherwise.
Article 5: Intellectual Property
Nina Dapper Professional Lifestyle Coach retains all rights to advice, plans, documents, images and / or the related information and knowledge at all times. The items mentioned in the previous sentence may not be copied, in whole or in part, without the written permission of Nina Dapper Professional Lifestylecoach, other than for internal use by the client, nor made available or otherwise disclosed, nor used by the client or be made available other than for the purpose for which they were provided by Nina Dapper Professional Lifestyle Coach.
Article 6: Practicability of the work
Nina Dapper Professional Lifestyle Coach has the right to suspend agreed Skype or Facetime moments if he is temporarily prevented from fulfilling her obligations due to circumstances that she was or could not be aware of at the start of the supervision or due to illness. If performance becomes permanently impossible, the agreement can be dissolved for that part that has not yet been fulfilled. The client will then receive compensation for the part of the agreement that cannot be performed.
Article 7: Termination of agreement
The client has the right to cancel the agreement at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The client is not entitled to receive her money back.
Article 8: Liability
The advice and / or guidance of Nina Dapper Professional Lifestyle Coach is by its nature result-oriented without guaranteeing that result. The lifestyle coach excludes any liability with regard to damage or injury or illness arising from or related to the follow-up by the client of advice provided by Nina Dapper, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Nina Dapper. The following limitations must be taken into account. Business damage, loss of income and suchlike, regardless of the cause, do not qualify for compensation. Nina Dapper Professional Lifestyle Coach is never liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence by third parties. Nina Dapper is not responsible or liable for the consequences of incorrect information resulting from an unknown and / or concealed health aspect.
Article 9: Data protection
The personal information that you provide will be processed confidentially in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
I only process personal data that are necessary for a good service: gain insight into the current situation, provide an interim evaluation and offer personal guidance during the coaching process. Personal information includes everything you fill in during the online questionnaire and what is discussed during coaching and our online contact. You will only be placed on the list of the newsletter if you have given explicit permission for this and have provided your email address yourself.
Your personal data will be saved two years after the start of the coaching session, in order to make it easier to resume a coaching process.
Personal data such as bank account details are processed when I am legally obliged to do so, such as data that I need for the tax return.
Your information will not be shared with third parties unless this has been discussed with you and you have given your consent. This includes GPs, physiotherapists, etc.
